Roadways failed on Glenwood Drive, Granite Creek Road and Highland Way, and Soquel Village experienced heavy flooding, as did Corralitos Creek and Salsipuedes Creek. The storms last week caused widespread flooding, mudslides and infrastructure damage, county officials said.
